Robert L.
Moody, of the influential Moody family of Galveston, has died at age 88.
Moody was the namesake of the recently constructed Moody Center in Austin.
He was the chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Moody Foundation.
The foundation helped fund a variety of UT projects such as the Moody Center and the Blanton Museum of Art's exterior revamp.
